Good news everyone one, the Twinkie is about to make it’s jubilant return to store shelves.
The Hostess snack cake hasn’t been around since the company went belly up last fall.
Grubstreet is reporting that the treat is being revived by Apollo Global Management.
The are scheduled to return to store shelves July 15th.
Daren Metropoulos, the man overseeing the relaunch, says that the imposters need to get ready the Twinkie is back! He also debunks the popular belief that a Twinkie will last forever saying it’s really only like, “45 days or so.”
